Terms of service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from aurande.store. Please read them with our shipping policy, refund policy and privacy policy.

1. Who we are

aurande.store is run by Don Rafael Vedana, trading as Aurande, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Address: 168 Welbeck Road, Carshalton SM5 1TF, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at support@aurande.com or through our contact page.

2. Your order

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. Our contract with you starts when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. If we can't supply an item (for example because it has sold out), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If we find a pricing error before dispatch, we'll contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and sizes are approximate. Our satin products are made from polyester satin, not silk.

5. Delivery

Delivery charges and times are set out in our shipping policy. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.

6. Cancellations, returns and your rights

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and you have legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described. See our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

7. Our responsibility to you

If we don't meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that. We're not responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses: our products are for personal use. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

8. Your information

We use your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in the courts of your home country.
