Shipping policy

UK delivery
- Tracked delivery: £4.99, or free on orders of £50 or more.
- Dispatch: orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery time: most UK orders arrive within 8–12 working days of being placed.
- Tracking: we email you a tracking link once your order is on its way. It can take 1–2 days for tracking to show updates.
Where your order comes from
Our pieces are made by, and sent directly from, partner warehouses overseas, mainly in China. That's why delivery takes longer than from a UK warehouse, and why an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
Christmas
For delivery before Christmas, please order by 4 December. We can't guarantee Christmas delivery for orders placed after that date.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
If something goes wrong
If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your UK order hasn't arrived within 20 working days, contact us and we'll sort it out. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered. See our refund policy for details.
