About us

Aurande is a small online shop based in the UK, with one simple idea: the calm of a good hotel stay shouldn't only happen on holiday.

We keep the range deliberately small: a handful of bath and sleep pieces for slower evenings at home, chosen because they're soft to the touch, easy to look after and lovely to give. No clutter, and nothing you won't use.

How we work

We don't hold stock in a UK warehouse. Our pieces are made by, and sent directly from, partner warehouses overseas, mainly in China. That keeps prices fair, but it means delivery takes longer: most UK orders arrive within 8–12 working days, with tracking. For Christmas, please order by 4 December.

We describe our products as honestly as we can. For example, our satin is polyester satin, not silk.

Your rights

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, and if anything arrives damaged or faulty, we'll put it right. Read our shipping policy and refund policy for the details.
